Our terms and conditions for on-line booking of Business flats in RESIDENCE DELAUNOIS:

MAX NUMBER OF RESIDENTS: Max number of persons allowed to stay overnight: max 4 persons can stay overnight.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME: You rent is starting at 18:00pm on the starting date, end you have to leave the flat by 10:00am on the departure date.

THE TOTAL RENT CONTAINS: The rent for the apartment and the furnishings; taxes; all normal charges (heating, water, electricity, cable television, internet usage) The use of sheets and towels.

INSURANCE: The insurance is included in the rent. (Personal possessions are not covered.)

SMOKE-FREE: Residents will maintain the apartment as a smoke-free environment.

PETS: The resident MAY NOT KEEP ANIMALS of any kind in or near the flat.

REGISTRATION: As a future resident in Leuven, you are required to register at the Leuven City Hall.
