We take care of everything: renting, short-term contracts, cleaning, changing towels and sheets, furnishing if needed, minor repairs to the property if necessary, all contacts/communication with tenants, … For all this we charge a monthly commission.

(*) An estimated 10.000 expats live in the city of Leuven, many of them young researchers who work at the KUL, Imec, spin-off companies and international R&D departments. Leuven continues to invest in its international appeal and has opened an international primary school in september 2013. It is expected that the demand for temporary furnished housing will only increase in the future.
